Meet the Visionary Behind LRT
Ishan Shivanand is an acclaimed mental health researcher, professor, and founder of the Yoga of Immortals (YOI) program. An Acharya (Vedic scholar), he has spent his life studying and teaching advanced meditative practices from Indian Ashrams. For nearly 20 years, Ishan has integrated ancient Yogic wisdom from Indian Knowledge Systems with modern scientific research to address global health challenges. His work has benefited over a million people across 150 countries in healthcare, education, sports and military sectors.
