We at Life Resilience Training (LRT) are a yoga-based meditative program run by the nonprofit organisation Life Resilience Training Incorporation in Canada. Based on the principles of research-based Yoga of Immortals program curated by our Founder, LRT combines ancient yogic wisdom from Indian Knowledge Systems with modern science to address challenges like stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia.
