In January 2025, Life Resilience Training Inc. (ShivYog Canada) partnered with the Hindu Students’ Council (HSC) at the University of Waterloo to host an exclusive workshop with Prof. Ishan Shivanand. This session provided students with powerful tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and build emotional resilience, integrating principles from the Yoga of Immortals (YOI) program.
As academic pressures and personal responsibilities continue to rise, maintaining mental well-being and inner balance is essential. Prof. Ishan Shivanand guided students through a practical and interactive session, exploring techniques to:
Manage stress and anxiety through evidence-based breathwork and meditation.
Overcome burnout by developing self-regulation and inner stability.
